Summary

Mibs is anticipating her 13th birthday even more than most girls since that special day is when Beaumont kids find out what their "savvy" is.  One big brother electrifies everything around him and the other causes hurricanes so Mibs is hoping her savvy is exciting too.  But her birthday does not go at all like she planned and she soon finds herself on a bus with a group of extraordinary people trying to make her way to her father's hospital bedside.
